a) Arrival time is normally scheduled from 5.00 to 7pm.
Departure time is normally scheduled at 10:00 am.
Outside these hours, please notify us beforehand.
b) It is agreed that in case of withdrawal :
→ from the tenant:
- More than 15 days before the first day of the rental, the tenant loses the deposit paid (50% of the total rent.)
- Less than 15 days before the the first day of the rental, the tenant will also pay the difference between the deposit and the total rent, as penalty clause.
→ from the owner:
- Within seven days after the withdrawal, he shall pay double the deposit to the tenant.
c) If a delay of more than 24 hours in relation to the arrival was not reported by the tenant, the landlord may, with good reason, try to re-rent the house while retaining the option to turn against the tenant.
d) Obligation to occupy the premises personally , to live in "good faith" and maintain them .
All facilities are in working order and any complaint arising more than 24 hours after taking possession of the premises, will not be admitted . Repairs made necessary by the negligence or poor maintenance during the lease will be charged to the tenant. Obligation to ensure that the tranquility of the neighborhoud is not disturbed by the fact of the tenant or his family.
e) The premises are rented furnished with kitchen equipment, kitchenware, glassware, blankets and pillows, as in the attached description.
If necessary, the owner or his representative will be entitled to claim the tenant at his departure, the price of cleaning the leased premises (set at € 100 flat rate), the total value at replacement value of objects, furniture or materials broken, cracked, chipped or damaged and those whose wear would exceed the normal for the duration of the lease, the price of cleaning dirty blankets, compensation for damage of any kind on the curtains, wallpaper, ceilings , carpets, windows, bedding, etc. ...
f) The tenant agrees to insure against risks (fire, water damage). Lack of insurance gives rise to damages. The owner agrees to provide housing against rental risks on behalf of the tenant, the latter having the obligation to report to him within 24 hours, any accident occurring in the house, outbuildings or accessories.
g) The safety deposit must be paid by check or cash.
It will be returned no later than 1 week after the departure of the tenant unless restraint.
h) The tenant may not object to the visit of the premises when the owner or his representative requests it.
i) Any additional person not provided when booking will be charged € 64 / night with the exception of children under 1 year of age. The corresponding tourist tax will be due.
j) The reservation is confirmed by the payment of a deposit (check or bank transfer), if necessary the house remains open for rental and is likely to be rented.
k) Any modification to the reservation is only possible after the agreement of Les Maisons de Chamirey and some additional costs may occur.
l) In case of early departure the total payment remains.
We draw your attention to the fact that no cancellation insurance is included in our rates.
It is therefore recommended to take one out.
Les Maisons de Chamirey accepts no responsibility for loss, theft and / or damage or injury to property or persons on the property, regardless of the cause.
Children remain under the responsibility of their parents.
4. Your stay
Our customers are requested to respect the house rules of Les Maisons de Chamirey.
Any disrespectful attitude towards the neighborhood and / or the facilities may lead to the immediate cancellation of the reservation.
