The place you rented is privatized.
This point is essential for your safety, because only members of your group will be present in the structure.
You will therefore never be in contact with other people outside your group unless with people you have invited/allowed.
We reserve you a personalized welcome, respecting the rules of distancing.
We will be on site at your arrival to welcome the person (s) designated (s) for the check in, the inventory and the exchange of information that you need to know to enjoy your stay.
The barrier gestures between you and us will of course be put in place during this reception.
The house keeping and disinfection of the houses will be carried out by the same person who will strictly respect the new rules for cleaning and disinfecting the rooms.
We are guaranteeing you a perfect cleaning and disinfection of our houses, as well as the well-being equipment which make them charming.
In addition to a thorough, intensified and concentrated cleaning on door handles, switches, remote controls, taps, kitchen, bathroom, we use standardized disinfection products.
In order to follow all stages of the cleaning and disinfection system, departures must be made before 10 a.m. and arrivals from 5 p.m.
A minimum of 5 hours of "empty house" is provided between two separate groups. This specific organization is the best way to guarantee a perfect control of the sanitary rules between a
group which leaves and a new group which arrives. Consequently, no departure after 10.00 am will be accepted nor any arrival before 5.00 pm. However, if you wish to arrive earlier, or leave
in the afternoon, we can offer you, upon reservation only, an option to extend your stay.
